The adjustable hinge with weld-on nut M20 represents a practical solution for attaching the frame of a swing gate to its support structure. The weld-on nut is welded to the gate's support structure, while the gate frame made of 60 × 40 mm profile is attached to the hinge using a flange. After unscrewing the flange, the frame is placed onto the hinge, and then the flange is screwed back on. The threaded mechanism allows for adjusting the position of the gate leaf after it has been installed. The hinge is made of structural steel with a galvanized surface finish. Parts intended for welding are supplied without surface treatment.
