Description

Click-lock Upper Guide Profile for Sliding Gates - 7.0 m - Natural
Product Code: FG/BG54x50-7000-N

Material
Extruded aluminum EN AW-6063-T6.
High resistance to corrosion, moisture, and weathering, with the possibility of increasing resistance through additional painting.

Surface Finish
Uncoated - natural aluminum (Natural).
Option for additional painting or surface treatment required.

Dimensions
Cross-section of the upper guide profile: 52Γ—50 mm.
Profile length: 7000 mm (7.0 m).
Option for cutting to length required or delivery in other length variants.

Installation and Compatibility
Screwed mounting system - quick installation without welding.
Easy disassembly and replacement of individual parts during modifications or damage.
Use an upper guide profile for sliding gates, for guide wheels (product code H/53...).
For gate frames made of profile 50x60 (product code FG/FP50x60...) and 80x80 (product code FG/FP80x80...), it can be clicked directly into the profile, in the same way with the click-lock cover strip (product code FG/PC49x17...). It is recommended to reinforce the profile with profile 50x60, and also with profile 80x80 using screws (product code A-PH 5x35).
Also compatible with the ALUMINUM U-ADAPTER MODEL 46 (product code FG/AL46U...), allowing use with gate frames made of other profiles.
When clicked with profile 50x60, it is possible to use an aluminum end cap 105x50 (product code FG/CA105x50-R7016) anchored with 2 screws (product code A-DIN 7982C-TX-C1 4.2x22)  
Accessories: stainless steel anchoring material.

Installation and Compatibility

Easy disassembly and replacement of individual parts during modifications or damage.
Use an upper guide profile for sliding gates, for guide wheels (product code H/53...).
For gate frames made of profile 50x60 (product code FG/FP50x60...) and 80x80 (product code FG/FP80x80...), it can be clicked directly into the profile, in the same way with the click-lock cover strip (product code FG/PC49x17...). It is recommended to reinforce the profile with profile 50x60, and also with profile 80x80 using screws (product code A-PH 5x35).
Also compatible with the ALUMINUM U-ADAPTER MODEL 46 (product code FG/AL46U...), allowing use with gate frames made of other profiles.
When clicked with profile 50x60, it is possible to use an aluminum end cap 105x50 (product code FG/CA105x50-R7016) anchored with 2 screws (product code A-DIN 7982C-TX-C1 4.2x22)  
Accessories: stainless steel anchoring material.
