Installation and Compatibility

The set is designed for use with an aluminum guide profile AL 90 × 99 mm, which forms the load-bearing part of the cantilever sliding gate leaf. Two support carriages are fastened to a suitably prepared support base and ensure stable guidance of the profile during gate movement.

The end stop wheel and bottom receiver serve to correctly guide and seat the gate leaf in the end position. Profile end caps ensure the closure of the open ends of the guide profile and help limit the penetration of dirt into its interior.

During installation, it is necessary to ensure precise alignment of the support carriages, the correct position of the guide profile, and sufficient strength of the support structure. Individual components must be fitted so to ensure smooth movement of the gate leaf without undesirable mechanical stress.

The aluminum guide profile is not part of the set and must be ordered separately. The compatible AL 90 × 99 mm profile is available in lengths of 6 000 mm and 7 000 mm.

When designing the gate, its total weight, dimensions, length of the guide profile, and installation conditions must be taken into account. The load capacity of the assembly must be verified according to the manufacturer's technical data.
